1. Unused & Unopened Orders – Full Peace of Mind

  • Changed your mind? No problem.

  • Return your kaftan within 5 days of receiving it.
  • If your kaftan is unopened and unused, simply return it.

  • You only cover the return shipping cost.

  • Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll issue a 100% refund.

2. Opened but Unworn – Almost Full Refund

  • If you’ve opened your kaftan to admire it but haven’t worn it, you can still return it.

  • Return your kaftan within 5 days of receiving it.
  • You cover the return shipping cost.

  • After inspection, we refund the full amount minus a small 12% handling fee (to cover restocking and cleaning).

3. Tried On or Lightly Used – Partial Refund

  • If you’ve tried on or gently used the kaftan but it’s still in good condition, you can return it.

  • You cover the return shipping cost.

  • We’ll refund your order minus a 20% fee (to cover cleaning, restocking, and handling).

4. Customized Orders – Final Sale with Care

  • Kaftans that have been customized to your size or preferences (length, waist, sleeves) are non-refundable, as they are tailored just for you.

  • However, your satisfaction matters. If you’re unhappy, reach out to us — we may offer a gift card, store credit, or another solution as a gesture of goodwill.

Important Notes

  • Return shipping costs are the client’s responsibility in all cases (except damaged or defective items).

  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

  • Your kaftan must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories (belt, necklace, etc.).
