What is your return policy?
- Unopened items: If your product is unused and unopened, we offer a 100% refund. You are responsible for the shipping cost when returning the item. Once we receive and confirm the product, your refund will be issued.
- Opened items: If you have tried the item and decide you do not want it, we can still issue a refund, but a 12% fee will be deducted to cover cleaning and restocking costs.
